the time you spend with each NCLEX question affects your result??

i dont know if this is true..i did not care with my time since i know i have a lot when i took my first take..and was actually slow taking all the time i need to make sure i understood the question and analyzed it as hard as i can as well as the choices before choosing an answer...yet i failed. my mom and i were thinking if that had affected my results at all since nursing is critical thinking yet you need to be quick also like how you should prioritize and think of what to do in times of emergency. is it really adviseable to trust your first instict instead of being too cautious causing you to spend more time with one item? does time counts at all? pls advise...thank you.

I also do believe that length of time has no great effect on the exam's outcome. Or maybe if there is, it won't be the main reason to fail or pass. You know CAT typed-exam works so differently. Just trust that you can do it and don't worry about your time. You got enough anyway.
