I could not find a board started for the Spring 2021 school year at Tidewater Community College. Just thought I'd open one up for any applicants on here.
I feel you. I have asked so many questions that I’m afraid to ask more ? my guess is that COVID probably had an effect on this application cycle. Some people stopped working, had to switch to online, and had their kids start homeschooling, so my guess is the applicant pool is lighter. I am personally worried about the possibility of nursing courses being taught online, but hopefully we can form some study groups or something.
This good be a good thing and a bad thing! Lighter application pool for sure! I know a couple of girls who were ready to apply but couldn’t find the time to take the HESI and missed the deadline ? but hey better for us I guess! Also I’m so down for study groups that is what has gotten me through the last couple classes! I’m taking micro now and legit y’all hardest class I’ve ever taken maybe because it’s online but I’m nervous af
I don't know but I went to look at the schedule again couldn't remember the days if some slim chance I made it and noticed it's only one section with 30 students . It's all virtual now with labs on Saturday which is fine with me but that's a huge cut . I'm holding out these things aren't final and I'm just being an idiot for even looking ? but it doesn't give me a lot of hope
I'd love to know how many applicants and I'm going to go with not as many applicants to be hopeful . I know mine was looked at today and I dropped mine off last Friday . However it may just have been looked at to see if it was complete or not but not evaluated. Maybe if there's not many we will know by October . One can only hope ?

I pray they send them out in October like they normally do but the deadline was pushed so now I’m not sure ? I’ve wanted Calling but don’t want to be annoying
