I could not find a board started for the Spring 2021 school year at Tidewater Community College. Just thought I'd open one up for any applicants on here.

I get the pictures too and I signed up for it for this reason only LOL! I'm soooo anxious!

Well actually I found out that they only count courses that have actually been completed. So I only have one completed and am taking the others currently but they won’t count ? so my chances aren’t as good as I thought even though My cumulative is higher than the cutoff. 
 

I already was signed up for the mail pictures but I totally would’ve signed up for this reason too. LOL

My GPA is 3.71....I'm still pissed about the grade I got over the Summer because my BIO professor seemed to thrive on being a jerk! And the dean upheld it...he said while all my answers were correct, they weren't necessarily A answers.  What doe that even mean?? I was given 20 minutes to do 5-7 short answer and essay answers, sorry if I couldn't include every freaking detail in the book!

How does one sign up for pictures of mail!  So does that mean micro counts since I’m in it just haven’t completed it

I think only completed classes count....

Yeah... only classes that have been completed already count in the application review ?  Hmm I cant remember how I did it but try googling “USPS Daily Digest”

What does everyone think about the whole virtual learning thing?

Ahhh about that. I'm not 100% happy with virtual learning because I want to make sure I learn and understand everything before I get to be an RN. I'm hoping TCC doesn't extend virtual learning until next year Fall then I'm okay with it.

I mean personally I am taking A&P2 with Leslie Diggs and I really like him but during his lectures and recorded lectures sometimes what he’s saying gets cut out by bad connections or something. So stuff like that can’t happen, in this profession, every single detail matters LOL.

YES!! I took his lab too. He took 3 weeks to respond to my email about editing my grades LOL Anyway, yeah I'm a little worried about that too, not being able to master the subject via virtual.

He seems to be okay other than that but I did notice that he includes some things on the quizzes that couldn’t possibly be answered using any of the resources he gave us LOL

Yeah, he modifies the answer choices like at least a friendly warning would've been great but OK LOL
