I could not find a board started for the Spring 2021 school year at Tidewater Community College. Just thought I'd open one up for any applicants on here.

Yes, I agree. All we can do is pray. It's out of our control. I tried to not tell everyone about me applying to the nursing program but I needed to get all information about it so my hands were tied like I had to ask about it.

I need to train my brain to stop thinking about it every five minutes ? I mean seriously, how do I turn it off?

I know hahaha it's unstoppable. IDK why TCC takes so long to send out their response. The majority of nursing programs out there take about 2 weeks. I also applied to the one in WA and I get my response within 2 weeks which is 10/23!! My nurse friends were shocked by how TCC takes so long to send out their responses.

Right?? They seem to have a straightforward selection system. Maybe they just want to make us sweat and wait so long that we’re sure to be appreciative and work our butts off LOL

Well let me tell y'all the stress I had last application cycle LOL! My letter got lost in the mail! I tried to be patient so I waited almost of month after all the girls said they got their letters and then emailed Alicia. She emailed me back thankfully very quickly. But I didn't get in that time! ?? It was so stressful but I promise you bounce back!

OMG they lost it! I would have been sooooo upset! I am just praying the application pool is WAAYYYY down and we all get in LOL I hope they mail them out next week and don't make us wait until November! I feel super confident but I am not done with Micro yet so I keep telling myself If I don't get in for Spring just apply again! LOL we all need to do dinner once we get our letters LOL to celebrate! Or have a huge wine and mom play date for all our kids hahahaha

I emailed Alicia this morning and I am just waiting to hear back; I asked her how many advanced seats are available, and if an applicant met criteria but no advanced seat was available would they be offered a regular seat.  Now I'm stalking my email like a crazy person?
