Tidewater Community College Spring 2021

Published

I could not find a board started for the Spring 2021 school year at Tidewater Community College. Just thought I'd open one up for any applicants on here.

I'm not sure what it was. My HESI was 88 but that wasn't why I didn't get in.

I don't know why there are changes in the HESI class averages but it's decreases by about 1 point . Without the ct it's 77.71 and depending how you calculate the ct wth the 1700 or as an average it's either as an 84.9 the averages  78.61 or 81.9 . Be nice if I knew what was the correct method ??‍♀️Regardless surprised it's changing still after the deadline

I think there were problems sending the HESI scores out so I think they were delayed a bit. Mine didn’t show up in 48 hours so I had to chat with an Evolve representative to get mine. I’m glad they went down instead of up ?

Thank you for the update btw!

Ah OK me too glad they didn't go up

No problem. I didn't get in last time pretty much because more applicants had all co reqs which I did not have.

That’s interesting. I’m surprised they seem to go by that more than they go by HESI and prereq grades

OK that is awesome! It is cool we have stuff in common! I am 35 with two kids (boys, 10 and 11). I'm drowning a bit trying to balance everything!

I have an 11 year old boy he's the oldest, 7 ,3 and 15 month old . I have a bachelors degree from 2007 but it's not what I wanted so here I am trying at 35 ??‍♀️
