Would you actually mind sharing your stats, I'm terribly worried that with my retakes I might have a hard time? This is literally my number one program! So anything that you could tell me would really help.

hi everyone, this might be a silly question, but I was wondering if anyone can give me any insight on the differences between the two campuses for the program? which one are you applying to and why? I can't find much information online ? I'm applying from california and have actually never been to the east coast ever, so any information would be super helpful. thanks so much!

First, I'd like to give you a warm hello. And to answer your question I'm applying to the Center City campus. I'm not from Philly actually, I've never been, so I can't tell you much about it, Hopefully, someone here can answer that. But I figured that the center city would be the downtown, "city", area, which is why I applied there. And I believe that Dixon is more suburban. Ohh wow that's amazing, all the way from Cali! Would you mind sharing your stats

I live around Philadelphia and love it. As far as stats go, I did poorly on my first BS but maintained a 4.0 on my second which brought me only to around a 3.2.  I also have a 4.0 in the pre-requisites. I have probably a little over 10,000 patient care hours and was a combat medic in the military, an EMT, and a medical assistant.  I think I have some pretty good letters of Recommendation from MDs, PAs, and nurses.  I hope this will all be enough to get me an acceptance, but this will be my 3rd year applying to programs so it has definitely been a process!

OMG, your application sounds amazing! I honestly can't imagine why this would be your third cycle. DO you really think its because of your first B.S. ?! what schools did you apply to ?

thanks for the warm welcome and hello as well! I see. I definitely can see why you'd be drawn towards applying to Center City for that reason, and that's actually appealing for me to (since im from the city too!). im more just a little worried about housing/safety/parking and getting to clinicals so hopefully someone can chime in if they have any info on that?

and ofc! I'm gonna be graduating in Winter 2021 with a BS in public health. im at a cum GPA of 3.36 right now and hoping to bump it up to at least a 3.4 by the time I graduate. pre-req GPA is 3.6 but im currently still in the process of taking physio right now.  I hope that doesn't hinder my app too much?

the only clinical experience I really have is volunteering at a hospital but I have less than 100 hours due to covid ? I've also been working at my school's student health center under my boss who's a clinical nurse manager, but I don't get much patient interaction there.

how about you? ?

How did it go !!?

Hey! I just found out yesterday I was accepted for FACT-1 !!

Looking forward to meeting others!

Hi everyone! I was recently accepted to Jefferson FACT-1 Center City Campus. If anyone was accepted please reply, I would love to connect with future classmates ?

Everyone else, good luck! The interview was a breeze. If you are genuinely interested in Nursing you will know how to answer the questions naturally and they will be able to see your interest.

How did you find out? Did you get an email, or just check your portal?

I received an email from them saying an update on your application has been posted please check your portal. I checked the portal and clicked my application and it showed the status update and had the pdf of a letter from them.
