...ROCKS. i'm taking 12 hours (psych = 4, physio = 4, US Hist = 3, yoga = 1) so i'm crazy busy, but i love it. Physio and History are going to completely eat me alive with homework, but this semester will finish all my prereqs but math and micro.
Also, i am the yoga princess :redpinkhe
Wait wait wait, when did they astart offering yoga as a class? Wow I'm dating myself but I took bowling and loved it. However, if there would have been a yoga class, I would have taken that (even as a guy).ps good luck with your semester!
I took bowling too...1 and 2
It was worth it, I joined a league and started out with a very high handicap and got the "Most improved Bowler" award at the end because my average just went up and up and up as time went on..... The cub scouts have a bowling night coming up to help earn the summer activities award. I always have so much fun bowling
So glad Nursing School treats you well! I wish to add my emphatic ME TOO! to the list of Postive Polly's who love their nursing education experiences.
I am doing research (PAID research, even) on patient identification errors this summer, and will enroll in my last 13 credits of undergraduate courses next Fall. I totally miss the liberal arts courses from Freshman and Sophomore years. I have a long list of courses I need (well, want) to audit or take in the future. Lots of cool physics and science and literature and film and... and... well, I just love school! As you said, it ROCKS!
I could definitely think of some stuff to change about it. I, as everyone does, get annoyed at times. But overall, getting this education is the best part of my life thus far.
...i'm in way over my head. absolutely buried in coursework. completely overwhelmed. panic attacks.wouldn't change a thing.
Me either! I am taking Nutrition right now (3 week course, over in a week), then next Monday I start Ethnic Studies and Ethics, and a week after that American History starts!
Oh boy, it never ends, but I sure am enjoying being a full time student again at 41 years of age!!!
Good luck everyone!
Cheers,
Vicky
