There's an app for that!!! Nclex!

Just wanted to recommend an app for nclex studying. If you have an iphone or other cell where you can download apps I bought the Saunders NCLEX-PN (they have RN too) and it really helped me out! Instead of staring at a book you can take the tests on the go. It was awesome and I would fill any little time by doing question after question. Perfect for being on the go. Waiting for an appointment, waiting to pick up the kids etc! Gives you accumulative stats too. A little spendy, I think it was $29.00, but worth it. :clown:

I found some pretty significant errors with the saunders apps (I got them all). For instance, I had an order question on hand washing in which it told me that the correct answer was to first turn off the faucet with the paper towel, then to rinse my hands, then to turn the faucet on, then to apply soap.

As with all iphone apps, buyer beware. Also, since I've had them (over six months) there has been no update to the questions. They are handy apps to have, but just be careful because I found many errors with obviously incorrect rationale (this one above is just the one that comes to mind).

This is true but, I have had access to questions from just about major NCLEX prep preparer out there, and they all have errors. Some few, some many; some obvious and some not, but they all have them none the less. So, always if an answer or rationale doesn't see right, look it up.
