I'm sending a hearty thanks back to you, JKL33! I've never heard that version of Hank Williams performing "My Bucket's Got a Hole In It". It sounds like a demo that Mr. Williams recorded prior to recording a tune for pressing.
One interesting thing (to me at least) about the released version of "My Bucket" is that it's the only one he recorded where he played a lead on his guitar.
I had believed that I had heard every version of every song Hank Williams had ever recorded, but this is not so. There were other versions of songs on the link you provided that I had never heard. In fact, I had only heard the song "Tramp on the Street" played and sang by my Dad.
So the link you provided brought up some good memories of my Dad.
Thanks so much again, JKL33!
