therapeutic communication scenarios

hi i have to come up with 2 scenarios for my special populations class that will show 2 students in the role of the nurse and the patient having a conversation using therapeutic communication. i have a few ideas but i was wondering if anyone could give me some more to choose from, the video has to be at least 5 minutes long. please and thank you! :)
