Does anyone here have any experience with or know of anyone that has gone through the online ABSN program at the University of Tulsa? I haven't found any reviews so far and would like to know others opinions before applying.

Unfortunately, that's extremely unlikely. For my situation, I'm at the mercy of my preceptors schedule- It Could be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday for one week and then the following week it could be Monday, Tuesday. If you are in a major city like dfw, Houston, etc. you'll be 2 days during the week and it change's according to hospital needs and your class. I have only heard of one person having clinicals on the weekend bc her preceptor had a rotating 3 on 3 off and that means her schedule was variable week to week. It's an online program and if you are not flexible then it's likely not going to work out. I can also tell you with the amount of work it's really hard to work. I am only able to work one day a week and I think when classes start in the fall I'll only be able to work one day every two weeks. We have a lot of assignments due and every class has a group project. Most of us who work, do so PRN and pick up shifts when our schedule allows it.

Thank you for the feedback! I really appreciate this.

As for the going in once for one week. Is that every week or a one time thing? If you know, I'd appreciate it.
thank you once again!
I would love to answer many of these questions about the program and communication within the department and among students and faculty!

Pharm Test Prep
It sounds like you have to prepare for the test as if you are taking the final exam for Westcott/UMass Global Science Course or NHA National Certification Exam through PearVue.
Either way I really appreciate you and @Current Student insight on TU ABSN program and what we need to be prepared for if we decide to join the two of you on this journey of nursing.
The both of you are EXTREMELY amazing peeps for paying it forward.
