Hey guys, 

I haven't seen a thread made for this yet so I thought I'd start one! I know our deadline is coming up in less than 2 weeks; how far are yall on your applications? Best of luck to everyone applying!!

The application deadline finally passed! I wonder how soon we'll receive communication from the school?

Hopefully soon! I'm guessing mid-April, but I'm so anxious to hear back. I wonder if they will send any out in March?

Looking at Fall 2023's forum, apparently one person heard back as early as March 27. https://allnurses.com/utmb-fall-t749080/?page=4 Most people in that forum heard back late April. I'm thinking they might at least send like a "processing applications" email?

I kinda wonder if that person who heard back that early submitted their application before the date got moved. but yeah, I think April probably makes the most sense ☺️

Does anyone know if they'll be doing interviews as part of the admission process?

Hi everyone! I am patiently waiting for a response, like I know we all are! I check every day to see if there is an update 🙂 I'm curious to see what your stats are! 
My overall GPA is a 3.65, science 3.57 and TEAS 84.5. Hoping this is good enough along with my experience and personal statement and resume!

No, the personal statement is like your "interview" I think.

How long after the deadline do we have for our application to be verified on time? Mine still hasn't been verified.... I'm getting nervous.

Hey guys, I applied to UTMB and UTHealth but I'm currently still taking A&P 2 (my last nursing pre-requisite). Do I have a chance of getting in or are they very strict in making sure all classes are completed? For reference, I have a 4.0 GPA for my pre-requisites at the moment.

Also, I received my supplemental application from UTMB and now have access to MySTAR

Unfortunately no you can't apply to most programs without having the science courses (including labs) completed

When I attended an info session I'm pretty sure the advisor said you have up to 2 weeks after the deadline to get verified and do the supplemental app.

Thankyou for responding, I had emailed them and they did confirm what you just said 🙂 my application finally got verified
