Nursing Students School Programs

Hey guys,

I haven't seen a thread made for this yet so I thought I'd start one! I know our deadline is coming up in less than 2 weeks; how far are yall on your applications? Best of luck to everyone applying!!

Hi,

I have applied and just waiting I've submitted everything and shows active and completed. I have 2 1/2 years experience in cardiology as a medical assistant and have over 80 college hours just need to complete a BSN program.  Fingers crossed I get accepted.  With my experience and education I hope that helps because I didn't score the highest on my TEAS. My overall GPA is 3.22, science GPA is 3.19. Overall score on TEAS was 64.7.

Hello,

I am in the final steps of submitting my application. I am planning on adding a resume since it was highly required, I hope my working and volunteering experience helps me to have a chance to get in. My TEAS score is 78 and I have a GPA of 3.45. What are yours? If you don't mind me asking.

I have a 3.99 GPA and a 92 on my TEAS. I haven't submitted my application; I'm currently proofreading my personal statement. I'm also adding a resume to cover the stuff I couldn't mention in my essay.

Did yall see that they pushed our deadline back all the way to March 15th??? ?

I saw this morning.  I assume either to much applications coming in maybe?

I saw that they also did this for the Fall 2023 term. It's just frustrating because now the decision will be pushed back.

Nooo I just saw they pushed the deadline ? it's gonna take even longer to hear back now ugh, anyone know why they did that??

no idea! I'm so annoyed RN. And they didn't communicate the deadline extension? I had to check nursingcas. ?

For fall 2023 when they pushed it the earliest someone heard back was April 24th. Some not till May. This is gonna be the longest dreadful wait ever!

There was someone in the fall 2023 forum that mentioned how they knew someone who got their acceptance letter in late March! But they attributed it to them having a high TEAS score. Most people in the forum got their decision late April. I also heard of someone getting their decision back in late March for that cycle so maybe it was the same person?

I'm a little confused about AP score credit transfer and can't find much information online. Does anyone know if they accept AP scores at all? I called this morning but no one answered, so I'll try again later
