Hi!! I started this forum for those applying to The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSCSA) for the Fall 2025 Traditional BSN program. I couldn't find any previous forums for the 2025 start term, so hopefully we can all connect here.

The username you were assigned.  I have a MacBook, I'm not sure what system you're using, but I had to redo it and make sure to install the System Extensions as well.  After you put in your username and password it should ask you for your duo mobile passcode.

For those applying to scholarships/filled out a FAFSA form, does anything appear for you in your financial aid section of the my student center?

I read through the email that we have to complete the 'Welcome to UTHSCSA' forms first and provide our SSN in order to aid them processing our financial aid application. Hope this helps!

Do any of you still have a hold on your account for transcripts?  😑 I sent mine in almost immediately and it says there's still a hold bc they're missing.  The status is "initiated" but I'm not entirely sure what that means.  I guess I'll call tomorrow.

OK.  I have multiple transcripts.  It's only showing a couple on my Tasks.  I assume my others were accepted.  Hopefully that just means they haven't fully processed it yet but they have it. IDK.

 

Anybody figure out the scholarship process after all!

I received the email about setting up the FAFSA tab, but when clicking on the the aid year 25-26 it said "You have no financial aid awards available for viewing in this aid year." does it show for everyone?

Yes it shows like that for me too. I'm going to call tomorrow because I definitely should receive aid under my circumstances 😭 and even with that, there's got to be some sort of way to accept loans.
