Hi!! I started this forum for those applying to The University of Texas Health Science Center at San Antonio (UTHSCSA) for the Fall 2025 Traditional BSN program. I couldn't find any previous forums for the 2025 start term, so hopefully we can all connect here.

Yes.  I submitted my form through canvas, the one where you signed yes or no for Summer semester.

Can anybody tell me where we submit the blue card?  I read it's to be submitted on canvas but I can't find where we submit it at.

You book an appt through the email they sent you.  You just need your ID to get your fingerprints done.  After that, if everything is cleared, they send a little blue card (looks almost like junk mail or a postcard so don't throw it).  You take a picture of it front & back, save as PDF, and then upload it to canvas.  I had to message them because I didn't have the option to upload it.  She added it as an "assignment" on canvas for me.

So my appointment was June 10.  I submitted my blue card June 16.  I think I received it in the mail June 15, though.
