Hey guys! Just starting a forum because I didn't see one yet. Wanting to keep up with everyone who is applying to Ohio States new CRNA program. Any thoughts?! I just applied for the first round.

Yeah but like... was the recorded interview al they're doing? Will there be another? Are they actually doing a second round if they're only taking 15, or are they not following the typical process of their other BSN to DNP programs?... so many questions LOL not looking for you to answer these lmao... unless you know the answers. The sites just not clear at all.

Oh no I agree with you! This process was a little more different than the other schools I applied to! It's such a new program I don't think anyone knows what to expect. I just found out about the program literally maybe 2 months ago. So I wonder how competitive it'll be and how many people applied they are aware of the program.

I applied as well, haven't heard anything as far as in person interviews (if they're doing them?)

I agree, nothing is clear! Hopefully they do in person because seeing myself during that video was distracting.

I spoke with someone a few weeks ago and they said that they most likely will have all seats filled before the second applications cycle because they had a huge response from the first cycle. As far as in person interviews go he wasn't exactly sure if there would be in person interviews and, if so, how long it would take to send invitations due the large influx of applications. With it being a new program they're still figuring out how to best navigate everything.

Interesting... I was accepted to a program in my city... so I'm going to accept my seat, but I still kinda want to see what happens LOL

Has anyone been offered a second interview yet? I know in the email it said we should hear something by the 29th of December.
