Vital Signs are within normal limits? Honestly if I was charting I would write it all out, but in report would probably state that they are within normal limits. I have heard it both ways.
Thx for your answer, but I need some more specific ones.

i frequently hear both euglycemic (normal blood glucose) and euthermic (normal temperature) and less frequently eutensive (normal blood bp)
as the prefix "eu" is used to denote something as normal or good, it could probably be used to describe as normal any condition in which either hypo or hyper is used as well.
