Texas Woman's University (TWU) Fall 2024

Published

Hey there everyone,

Noticed no one made a topic for the twu fall 2024 cohort applications yet so I thought I would do it. Maybe it's just too early, but Im itching to get started! Has anyone already taken TEAS and finished all prerequisites? I'm nervous because I'm transferring in with no previous bachelors so I have no preference.

No hopefully we hear something tomorrow. The people before us ( fall 2023) did on tomorrows exact date.

we got this guys!! 🙂

Hoping for good things! Is this anyone's second time applying? If so, any tips in case it doesn't work out? 🙂

Is it just me or does the lady who answers the calls for the Houston campus is strict?

This is my first time but my overall GPA is very low so I don't have high expectations. If I don't get it, I might try WCU or Chamberlain University. WCU offers weekend/evening and Chamberlain offers 100% online classes excluding clinicals so that is something that would work for me.

I'm in the same boat with my GPA. I just have to go to a public school in Houston due to my tuition plan and housing so my options are limited

you have a perfect 4.0 nursing prerequisite GPA and an 89% on TEAS. in my opinion those are very competitive stats! :)

I checked my twu email and saw the acceptance email into the university itself sent last month.... I am so anxious

maybe we really will have to wait until April 😞

If we don't get it by tomorrow, I'll stop checking my email every 15 minutes.

I'm not the only one constantly refreshing my email right? LOL
