Texas Wesleyan University CRNA 2022

Nursing Students SRNA

I haven't seen a thread for Texas Wesleyan 2022 program start, so figured I'd start one. Has anyone submitted their application yet? I'm just about done wrapping mine up. I noticed they didn't have early application this year like they have in precious?

I had to take the GRE twice, really focus on what you are week on. If it is verbal, really study your vocabulary and logic. What helped me do better was thinking of the GRE was more of a puzzle than a test. )150 V 158 Q Writing 4.0)

TWU indicates to apply for their CRNA program, you must have had a Chemistry class within three years of start of their program. I had Chemistry four years ago and received an A.

I HATE to take the class again just to apply for this program because if I don't get in, I've wasted money and time...

Will they allow other options??  Will they accept you without this and allow you  take it before start date?

From what I understand, you have to have it completed by June prior to start date. So you can apply without it, but would have to have it done by June 2022 for August 2022 start date.

Good luck to all, I’ll be playing my application soon as well!

Unfortunately for many people that were hoping for  early/priority interviews this year, they will not be having them. They will start sending out interview invitations Oct 1-Dec 1. Interviews will not take place until Jan 2022.  Just giving you all a heads up . I was one that was hoping to interview prior to Jan in hopes of getting accepted prior to starting another program.

Has anyone heard anything about people getting in with a GRE score under 300? I’ve been debating retaking it.
It looks like the app has to be uploaded with NursingCAS now. When I clicked under the returning users it directed me to their website.

I’ve had plenty of friends get in with leas than 300. Not impossible, although I got denied last year ?

Did you at least get an interview? I took mine Monday and scored a raw score of 295, so I rescheduled for the 18th of October to try again in hopes of getting a 300 at least. Do you mind me asking what some of your friends who got in scored? I feel like I will be even more nervous to take it again! Everything else on my application looks great. GPA's, references, experience, CCRN, took the Chem requirement already

...... Just this one damn test.

Yes, I interviewed last year. Did not get accepted. I was group interviewed and was the odd man in the interview as I was paired with 2 CVICU nurses and I was the only neuro and trauma ICU nurse. Even though not accepted, it was a great experience.

Good to know. Thanks! I will submit once I re-take on the 18th and hope for an interview invite!

Has anybody receive invites yet?
