Texas Wesleyan CRNA 2019 Applicants??

Hey there!

I just finished my application into the Texas Wesleyan CRNA program. I chose the Denver sites as my top two.

Anybody else applying to the Denver site?

Anybody else applying to any other site?

I am hoping we can keep in touch on here, see how everybody is doing, and offer encouragement to each other.

Wow! I am excited for everyone who has already interviewed or has an interview scheduled. I am currently waiting for mine. I chose Mobile, Al, Shreveport, and a Texas site. So I don't know if we will get our clinical site assignments just yet. I was told by a former student that clinical sites are assigned on competitive basis and are usually given towards the end of the 1st year. I have a feeling my interview will be great and I look forward to meeting everyone at orientation.

I'm not sure what you mean by clinical sites being assigned at the end of first year, from my experience and those who I've spoken with, you are given clinical site upon acceptance because you have to actually accept your clinical site when you start the credentialing process.

Like I said in my post, a former student said that to me, but I don't know all how it works. If you are given clinical sites upon acceptance, then great! Better for everyone.

I interviewed and was accepted as well. They told me my clinical site when I received the call. See you all in the fall! Good luck to those still waiting for interviews.

I interviewed in October for only Texas sites. They offered acceptance and clinical site at end of interview. I think everyone's interview can differ slightly. Looking forward to meeting other students in the Fall! I'd like to be added to the facebook group as well :)
