Has anyone applied or heard of the TLU ABSN program in New Braunfels, TX? Does anyone know the reputation/ competitiveness of the school? Thanks in advance.

Hi! Sorry for the late response. I had a great experience with TLU. I developed a great rapport with each of my instructors and they truly do care about the success of their students. Clinical hours vary by the semester, and by the group, so it's hard to really say what your schedule could potentially look like. It was so different for everyone. Overall, I have no complaints with my experience.  

Were you able to get a good job at a good hospital upon graduation? Were the professors good? Also, did you attend the houston or new braunfels location, how did you like the area/atmosphere?

Hello, wanted to know if theres anyone that applied to the Spring 2023 ABSN program and how long it took the school to get back to them with a decision?

I think when I asked I was informed it takes about 1-2 weeks!

I graduate in December as well with my first degree. I also got accepted into the program at Houston!
