Texas Children's Summer 2020

I wanted to start this for students/first year nurses who are applying at Texas Children's for the summer 2020 cohort, the application should open end of February/March. If anyone has insight to the firm timeline, good contacts, unit specific knowledge, this would be a good place do talk about it!

Hello everyone! For those who received invites for Hem/Onco, have you been contacted by the recruiter or had an email sent to sign up for an interview day/time? I am still waiting to be contacted to set up the interview.

Yes, I was contacted on Monday. I set up my interview for Friday.

I did! No link in my spam mail. Was the link for hem/onco or for a different unit? I know other units have sent out links to sign up!

I haven’t besides the email from ----------------- last week. I emailed her just a few hours ago asking for an update, if I hear back I’ll let you know!

I received an email from ----------------- around 3:30 to sign-up for an interview! It was in my junk mail, so make sure to check there!

I had an interview with the Woodlands ER today. Was not my best interview but definitely was excited about the opportunity. They are hiring for 3p-3a and 7p-7a. There were 3 other candidates as well.
