Texas BON and ATT

Hi guys!!!

I wanted to start a thread specifically for people waiting on ATT's in Texas.We graduated May 19th and the BON received our affidavits of graduation May 28th now I'm just waiting on my ATT.

For the people who have already received their ATT's ....How long did it take for you to receive it once the BON received your AOG?

Still waiting for my ATT.. graduated May 17th. BON received our AOG May 20th and nothing yet. I didn't think it was supposed to take this long

I agree it's so frustrating. Especially when I have a job offer, and the position starts in 3 weeks! Well let us know if you receive it by the 15th day.

Thankfully my employer doesn't require having an RN license prior to start date but I don't even see anything about a GN permit yet. So I'd really like to take NCLEX and not have to worry about all that. Plus the longer I wait, the less motivated I am to study.. :(

I think that you get the GN permit around the same time the ATT is sent. Think it's all processed together, but not sure where I heard that so don't quote me lol.

Oh no!!! This is so discouraging.My employer requires us to have our license prior to starting.Luckily, I was told that my start date was pushed back two weeks.

According to the TBON "15th day response" you should have it by tomorrow.Please keep me updated!

I graduated May 11th. Affidavit was received May 20th and still nothing. A friend called TBON and they said they were running behind and it might be until next wednesday when we get the ATT. Called Pearson Vue and said they were waiting for TBON to clear everything. whatever that means. :/

I have to take NCLEX by the 17th!

Oh gosh. Test dates are that far out? Are you testing in Houston by chance?
