Hello guys.
Please I need information on the subject matter. This is my third time writing NCLEX Exam and I usually file my application by mail to the board. Last month, I saw online Texas board of nursing is witching to online portal for NCLEX application. This is the 10th working days I have not received my ATT to test after filing online. Anyone filed online and received ATT yet. They will not answer their phone either.
please kindly give your advice.
Thanks

I am also waiting for my ATT. I submitted my application in May and sent in the needed paperwork (twice) once by mail and then by email and sadly, still no ATT. I have called the BON and they keep telling me to just wait. Not sure what to do at this point except waiting. Have you heard anything different?

Did you do the online application or just the mail application?
WOW! thats a long time to wait for ATT. You must be tired of reading by now. I don't know why the delay now. Texas Board of nursing is always quick with ATT don't know what's going now.
I submitted my application online, before the change of system. However, I called to ask if my affidavit of graduation could be emailed instead of mailed, they informed me that it had to be mailed, that is the only way they accept them. So I did that, and after almost a month and a half, they informed me that they hadn't received it so they said I could email it. I emailed about 2 weeks ago, but there are no changes on my portal, and it's still showing that I am missing that affidavit of graduation. I will call back on Monday to see if they can give me an update or any information that can give me a little more guidance on what to do next. Have you received your ATT?
Which number are you calling because I cant even talk them please can you share the number.

Same boat here. I took NCLEX last June 28, failed and applied for a retest in June 30 at the Texas BON online. Now, I'm still waiting for my ATT and not sure if I will have to comply with the needed documents (VOL and CES) that are pending in my application (I already submitted those the first time). I emailed them and hopeful they will reply soon. ?

I think you should have waited for 45 days before re-applying. You stated that you took the exam June 28 and reapplied for retest in June 30 LOL thats just 2 days after.

I believe you have to wait 45 days before att is released. If reapplying and your application is recent then you don’t have to resubmit documents usually

I think 45 days before you can apply for retest not 45 days for ATT
The number I have been calling is P: (512) 305-7400, I actually tried calling today, waited an hour, and when it was finally my turn - it said to call back later bc of system failure >< LOL so maybe I'll try back tomorrow. I'm not sure if my application might be taking longer to clear because I'm from out of state - graduated in May in California and am applying to test in Texas. IDK .
