Hi all,
I am retaking nclex RN in 10 days, although the closer it gets the more nervous I become.
Seriously need advice, having taken it before I don't want to fail again:crying2:, but my
concern is that there are some areas that I am still struggling with, for example(SATA).
It's running me crazy. So my question is do I need to be scoring high in all areas
before going for Nclex RN exam?, and what am I suppose to at this time?

hi,
first i want to wish you all the best as your test date approaches. it is okay that you're repeating the exam.
approach sata questions in a true/false statement method. look at each option and ask yourself if its a true or false statement in regards to the topic of the question.
try not to let your nervousness take over your mindset. learn to stay calm so you can better concentrate and focus on the questions. close your eyes and take deep breaths, it will work.
since your test date is very near, be sure you look over infection control, know your lab values, drug classifications, some common side effects, and trust yourself. the day before, put everything away and just make it your day.
be confident and tackle that exam.
all the best,

You are aware that predictor tests can go either way. And the test is unpredictable, it could go either way, no matter how well or how poorly you are prepared. So, relax the day before and go in and do your best. Good luck.
Thanks all for your encourangement.
Pray for me.
