Hi everyone,
I took the NCLEX earlier today and I feel horrible about how it went. I graduated at the top of my class from one of the top 10 nursing programs in the country, I scored in the 96th percentile after completing U-World, and my RN-predictor exam determined I had a 99% chance of passing the NCLEX. Despite all of this, I was not confident in a single answer choice on the NCLEX today. Seriously, not a single answer. My test shut off after 75 questions and I feel confident that I failed. Thinking back, there is just no way I passed that exam. I did the Pearson Vue trick and it would not let me re-register for the exam (I received the "good pop-up.") Should I be reassured by this or should I still be very worried that I did not pass? I wish results were available sooner than 48 hours
Thanks in advance!
During the test I remember thinking how shocked I was that neither my nursing program nor U-World prepared me to answer so many of the questions.
I felt the same way and did not feel confident about ANY of the questions. I had always been strong in pharm and did not recognize ANY of the drugs. However, my program and prep must have been good because, like you, I passed with nearly the minimum questions.

Congratulations! You passed.
I was a solid student and had lots of prep, and when it shut off at 76 questions, I was positive I had somehow broken the computer. That was the only thing that made sense. It was a Friday morning. I got the good popup a few hours later. My RN license posted early Sunday morning.
