Temple's new to practice program

I applied to the New Practice program at Temple University. I gave them all info they needed. I passed the test and went in for a panel interview. What happens next? Did I get the job and just have to wait? I am not sure what it all means.

    I went in for the panel interview also. THe panel said they would know who made the cut by today, Friday 03 May 2013, and HR would let us know by the end of next week. Also, what areas were you interested in?

    I went for a panel interview Yesterday, Friday may 3rd. I asked when they would let me know if I got a position or not and the nurse managers were very vague, they just told me soon because they have a group starting in June. Also I was wondering if you guys are May 2013 graduates. I am a May 2012 graduate, so I really hope I get a job offer...it has been TOO long LOL!

    I emailed and they told me that they would let us know by the 10th. I still haven't heard anything. The good thing is that I am still in the running; the bad thing, I am going crazy. Has anyone else heard anything?

    I just called Temple's HR and was informed that they still haven't made any decisions yet. She also informed me that they WILL be letting us know either way. It's just so unusual that they rushed the whole process, told me that they wanted us to start by now, and they still haven't made any decisions.

    I spoke with them on Tuesday this week as well, and I got the same response. During interview, they said it would be about 2 weeks, which have already passed. Let's have patience, take deep breaths, and think positive!

    I just wish they would have told the ones who they knew they didn't want right away rather than having us all waiting. It's painful.

    Sorry, left this on the other Temple thread, but I haven't seen a posting for their new to practice program. I was told by HR reps at a job fair that it would be online with the other job postings, but that was weeks ago and I have been checking ever since, and I must have missed it. Was it listed in their online jobs or did you all apply in a different way?
