Temple College ADN/LVN 2014

I noticed that there has not been a 2014 topic started yet for the Temple College nursing programs. I am getting nervous and want to know if there is anyone out there applying for the same year I am. I will be applying for the ADN and LVN program. So far I have all my pre and co-requisites completed with a 3.76 GPA. I will be taking my hesi test this October, and I also live IN-district. I am nervous and losing sleep over whether or not my scores will be good enough!

I didn't even consider the waiting list. What are the reasons for that. Not enough seats for applicants? And yay for yalls 89. Im jealous haha I made an 84 on my Hesi ( not as high as I wanted but I was proud of it), have the two classes for the 2 extra points, but how out of district are you? I thought I was going to be considered out of district being outside of temple but the lady at the nursing building said they didnt do district as the College itself does. Anyway, good luck to everyone- hope we all see each other there. And February couldnt get here any quicker haha Im so anxious!! *fingers crossed with yall*

How do you do the BON clearance thing? Ive googled trying to figure out how to go about it and school is one winter break- guess I can see when they open back up but I see you already did this? How did you do it haha :)

Usually when there are not enough seats, plus some do not qualify for background or do not enter the program, and even get accepted to the RN program. I did the BON Clearance last year, the school sends you an email with the information and school identification numbers.

usually the second week in February, hopefully earlier!! I think im going to hold off on applying for the RN program this year.

My gpa wouldnt cut it for the adn program..so i just applied for lvn. Im paranoid. Feburary couldnt get here any faster. Tgank goodness for spring semester starting tuesday!

Well, I am right there waiting with you @AngPartridge3. Except, I have to wait till March. The letters from the bridge program will go out the friday before spring break. Its torture!

I'm ready to start this semester so it will take my mind off the waiting. I will keep my fingers crossed for you! I remember the wait to see if I got into the LVN program. I waited by my mailbox everyday and pretty much stalked my mailman. I have a feeling I will do the same thing when March 7th comes around!
