I work at JCL DV on the peds floor. I'm not sure what new grads start at, but I'm assuming around mid $20s like most other hospitals. They have a $5.00 an hour night shift diff, and a $1.50 an hour weekend diff. Hope some of that helps.

I work at DV on the Tele floor, I know a few new grads that started a year ago bring in around 22 hr days. The network is great to work for and the benefits are wonderful.

I did not enjoy my clinicals at JCL North Mountain, as I found that during my OB rotation, there was a lack of respect for students in that department.
I would consider working in another department there, like telemetry on 6East, but Mayo's benefits and pay (mid-high 20s plus a $6 night differential is exceptional). They provide retirement pension at 60% of your salary and are fully vested at 3 years. Their health benefits are tremendous and begin day one of hire. Those are just a couple of their benefit highlights. They have a fabulous new graduate program and are very professional and welcoming to new nurses.

I prefer matching 401K dollars to pensions as pensions have a few negatives.
If you aren't older (~40's) your pension will depreciate from inflation as soon as you change employers or are out of nursing. Many nurses get out of the industry due to injury, burnout, families, etc. And many get out of floor nursing altogether which makes it less likely for most younger nurses to ever collect Mayo's pension.
Lots of retirees these days have learned pension funds aren't guaranteed. That's to say companies don't fully fund them and the government let's them slide as the alternative is additional financial hardship on the struggling company. Just one of those catch-22s.

That poster states they work at JCL DV, which is a totally different facility than JCL NM.
I agree with that. That's why I like that my company matches and has a pension.
