Telehealth with Leadership Health?

Published

Hello! Does anyone here work for Leadership Health in their telehealth programs? I'm just now diving into the company but it sounds interesting.

Specializes in Cardiac, Home Health, Primary Care.

I had an interview with then for a HTN management position that was remote. It does sound interesting but was hard to get a firm grasp on what I would do for the company. The HR guy talked a lot and didn't seem to listen much to me but that may have just been him and not HR as a whole. At one point he said "some patients just really want someone to listen to them" and it seemed odd they'd pay a NP just to listen to people.

The job posting I saw mentioned hours can range from a few hours a week week to full time but when I spoke with them they wanted a minimum of 16 hours per week which I cannot do. I was just hoping for maybe a day a week but the way they have it set up they'd want a few hours each day for your panel of patients essentially rather than a full day or two of work a week. It took explaining I cannot do this a few times for the guy to get it. No I will not work 3-4 hours a day on top of my other job.

He mentioned things are changing a bit with them expanding so I think it could be legit and hopefully just growing pains but I did not move forward with them myself.

HI! I actually said yes to this job and think it's a good opportunity, even told me that it can be full time once I'm credentialed with Medicare, which I am. I had an interview with that same HR who talked a lot and another NP via zoom who asked me more about myself and what I do. I have also been asked to at least give 16 hours a week which will be tough on top of my regular NP job. I finished the requirements on my dashboard. I really hope it's legit and it works as I am getting tired of this hospitalist job of mine. Please anybody, please send information if you hear anything.

Hi! I just completed my HR profile for a job posting for a telework job at Leadership Health. Wanted to know if you are still there and if you like it.

Hi, I accepted a position with this company. They told me min 14 hours. I work full time but I can mange that with weekends and nights, as they said they offer 24/7 service. Curious to see how long credentialing takes.

I am still in the process of credentialing. Any updates on your end?

still waiting on credentialing.... I sent an email today, I will let you know if I hear a response.

So it has been over a year since I said yes to this company (May 2021). The last time I called maybe 3 months ago, they said I was halfway done with credentialing. Seriously, it has been over a year. I asked if there were any NPs who already started and I guess those who are already credentialed in Maryland are already working. I am from Florida and have not heard from anybody which is good and bad because I might be the only one who is not credentialed or I may have been just set aside and ignored. Anyway, I'm fairly busy with my per diem jobs so I am not really counting on this job (if they are even still considering me).
