In order to PM you must have posted at least 10 times on the board. Once you do that you will have the PM option ... You guys are not that far from it so keep posting !!

I am pretty sure you can get this book off Rapid Share.. I think I have it - but it is a large file.. I am not sure of any file sharing sites are large enough... I got the link from this site to get it off Rapid Share... The ebook is great!!
