I got my acceptance email at 3:53. They said if you don't receive an email to call them. They sent them all out at roughly the same time.

Yes. It's an attachment just like the invitation for the interview.

Yes, I've been checking everything every 5 minutes. Especially the spam folder as that is where everything goes.
