TCC Spring 2013 Applicants

I have not seen a thread yet so I thought I would get one going for those applying for this Spring.

Lauren that means it less than 2 weeks away!! The wait is almost over.

Yep! If I recall correctly, the application for El Centro was due before TCC. Have you heard back from them yet?

Nope! Last year they were post marked on the 15th of October but some people emailed and they said they won't be post marked until the 31st, now. So around what I'm hoping will be the same time as these apps. And we turned them in a full month earlier.

Honestly, my fiance is in the program at el centro, and it has been an unorganized mess from the get go. They had to retract all of their acceptances due to a computer malfunction and then reissue them. And it's the first year that they're cramming the labs in up front...His schedule is never anywhere close to similar. Every single day he has to check to see if he needs to be there at 7 or 8 or 9 or 11. I would have to quit my job. Of course some of that may be due to his own personal lack of organization. ;)

And now with this tarleton state business with TCC, I'm 99% sure I'll be choosing them over el centro if it comes down to it. It's a bit of a trek, but the hybrid schedule seems very intruiging.

Wow! I'm glad I didn't apply there now! I had considered El Centro but ruled it out because of the drive. Besides, I have heard great things about TCC's Program, both from graduates and hospital administration. I can't wait!

@rj that's awesome. Just think, their application deadline was June 1; they had to wait for 3 1/2 months! Thankfully it won't be that long for us...

Congrats anaw!! Is this your first application to UTA..is it for AP, if so are you partnered?
