So I think we are well into the application period so, surely it is time to start up this board. I can not wait until we hear back in May. Trying to keep very busy while waiting. Good luck to everyone applying!! Hopefully we can keep each other company here and celebrate our successes!!

Hello All! I'm finally joining the group... YAY! I'm super behind... I still need to order books, uniforms, shoes and all other supplies that I'll be needing this semester. I was going to try and wait for my financial aid money, but I honestly don't think I have time to wait. I'll keep up with the new posts and comment when and if I have any new information.

Thanks for all the helpful posts so far... Can't wait to start classes! :w00t:

Welcome EMTerri! Glad to have you. I wanna let you know that you are not the only one waiting for your financial aid. I haven't ordered books, uniforms, shoes, or any supplies either... Dont worry tho, everything will work out. I try not to stress it too much...

Are we able to just walk in for the drug screen or do we need an appointment? I just assumed it was walk-in.

Thanks C! You were smart if you did your drug test before today. Lots of people from TCC and Lockheed when I was in there. They were busy

No I haven't received the email either. I guess they're still waiting for everybody's drug tests to come back.

Has anyone heard back on their drug tests yet? I take a prescription medication that I know will cause a preliminary fail (which will be all cleared up once they validate my prescription). I thought they would have called me about it by now. I'm hoping they didn't automatically fail me.

Ok, I just wanted to make sure b/c they said they would let us know on the 13th and the last few times they have sent out emails, I never got them. Also, if you look at our classes on wa, there are only 2 clinicals listed and some of the seats are gone in our skills lab like people are registering, or they are working on it or something, I don't know. I just thought that was weird...

@bumpysauce- They said they would notify us only if we failed that drug test, so I'm sure they will let you know if there was a problem and go from there, they won't just fail you and not notify you or anything. Don't worry! :)

Hello everyone, I just received an email saying that they have not received my drug screen info and if I do not do it by tomorrow I could be dropped from the program, but I did it Thursday, August 9th at Harris Occupational Health location. Has anyone else recieved this message when they already took the test??? Im a little worried. I have my receipt though.

I would fax them a copy of your receipt asap!
