Tarrant County College ADN Fall 2016

Published

Hi there! This topic is for students applying for TCCD Fall 2016 ADN program. I'm excited about getting the ball rolling!

@kylieneden Did you turn it into the same office as Katherine though?

Um, I'm not sure? I had an appointment with her that day, but when I got to her office she was gone. She'd had to leave early (I forgot why). Anyway, the other lady in there told me to go to the building across from the one where he office is and go turn it in upstairs. I honestly don't remember the name of the lady I gave it to. I hope that helps. Lol. She told me that everything looked good and she seemed familiar with taking applications so I'm not worried. Also, I emailed Katherine about my HESI last week and she didn't say anything about not having my application so I think it's all good.

I think you're fine. They wouldn't have led you to the wrong place.

Ok. I went to the same building but did it on the ground floor the last door on the left. I was going to email her tomorrow but i feel better now.

I wouldn't worry about it. Now that I'm thinking back, there was actually a note on her office door to go turn it into that building so I'm sure several people turned it in to someone other than Katherine.

Well...maybe if the number was really 275, it shouldn't take long for them to go through apps

Haha!! Very true!

I certainly hope so!

I was bored last night and looked at Teal colored scrubs ;) I'm so ready to retire the pink and khaki ones I have to wear at work.

I was looking at some, too! Haha. I'm happy it's teal. I had a friend who had to wear white scrubs and she hated it so much. My sister-in-law is a nurse and she told me that the Grey's Anatomy scrubs (although pricey) are the best. Apparently they don't wear out so fast and the fit really well.

people on te Facebook page for last semester board talked a lot about the greys anatomy scrubs. They all said they are the best ones to go with but pricey. The said they only bought like 2 (i think)

That seems like a good amount. I can't imagine we'd need more than a couple pairs for our first semester?
