Tara Miller's workshop in PA :)

Published

Just wanted to write a little review of the workshop I took in April since it's a fairly new one. First of all, Tara is fantastic. Such a great instructor and she really knows her stuff. She only has 4 students at a time and it's a 5-day class. After taking the class I feel so much more confident about what I need to know for the CPNE and what my weak areas are. We did mock PCS's on the last 2 days which really made me realize what it is like to work under pressure. For anyone who is considering taking a workshop, you can't go wrong with this one!! The website is Home Page. Oh and it's close to York, PA which is where I am testing so now I know long how the drive is. One less thing to worry about!!

Hey guys

I am also from KY . I am about 2 hours from Lexington. I am scheduled for microbiology on 09-17-2010. I am also sending in my application for the CPNE this week. It's great to see several people from the Bluegrass state. :)

Crazywoman,

How was your experience with reproductive health and LS 1-3 exams? Good luck on your CPNE. Be glad when I get to that point.

Hello

Reproductive health was the easiest exam for me out of all the theory exams. It was a very straight forward test. I used study group 101 notes and TCN module. The lifespan test were the most difficult but as long as you study you will do fine. I also used the study group 101 notes for these also and they were great. Good luck to ya!

Hi Crazywoman,

Where do I find the study group 101 notes and how much are they?

Thanks for the information. I bought the cd for LS1. I wanted to buy one to see how I like it. If I like it then I will buy the other ones.
