I don't know about Tara Miller's CPNE workshop, but a friend of mine did CPNE workshop with Tina from cheducation. com and passed her CPNE. Hopefully this helps. Good luck.

You would have better luck with a response at the distance learning forum (found when you go under students tab at the top of the page) that's where cpne related questions can be found. Good luck!

Welcome!! This is a great place to find before your clinical :) I personally have not heard of Tara Miller's workshop, but there is Tina Logan's workshop in PA which I would give my right foot to attend (can't get time off, w/travel) but I am doing her care plan workshop online which has been outstanding. When and where are you testing? I am November 4th at St Mary's in Madison :) Many people do Sheri's Online workshop, Lynn's and then there are Rob's videos. Good luck!!

@ninjago. will check out cheducation.com. i need something around PA or NJ cos of travel costs.

@ Loops.. am testing on dec 9 in Chambersburg PA. Am interested in Rob's videos but read comments somewhere that the videos need to be updated. and yes i am also considering Sherri's online workshop. will also check on Tina Logan's . in the meatime, i am doing the excelsior care plans which i submit via message center. Good luck to you Loops on your test. This really is a stressful exam and cant wait to get it over with. all the best!!

Rob's videos are a bit dates, but once you have read the study guide, it is very easy to spot the errors. His videos gave me a good place to really get started with practicing. I am sending in care plans to Exceslior but it is taking 10+ days to get them back. Good luck in your prep as well :)

I attended Tara Millers CPNE prep. I can only say great things about her. She was always a phone call away when I needed her. Due to my own nervousness I did not pass my CPNE the first time around. My 4 other class mates did. I even attended the Excelsior graduation with one of them. Before taking my CPNE again, I went to her house and stayed all day. She ran me threw any scenario or lab that I was uncomfortable with. At the end of our day, she refused to take payment, simply stating that, it was my graduation present. When I passed, she was the second person I called after my family. I believe Meg Rn, also took her class. Great workshop. Please feel free to PM me. I will try to find her #:yeah:, but I have a new phone. If you contact her via her site, she will return your call.

Erika, her site no longer exists -- at least at the web address that used to work.

I still have her card, I have to locate it. I wonder if she is still offering her workshop.

hi Erika. Thanks for that, I was beginning to think she doesnt exist. I have now signed with Tina Logan. i have read such great things about her on these forums and have emailed her back and forth.. was so anxious about this CPNE but after reading some positive stuff and signing up with Tina, i now feel confident its doable. There is a site which i believe is dedicated to those who failed, and i was so engrossed in that forum and panicking and almost transfered my credits to a local college, then i discovered this forum. it has helped calm me down and believe in myself. i Am glad you did pass!
