Hey guys I'm currently taking my last prerequisites for entry into the RN program this spring. So here are my stats: 145/160.. haven't taken the hesi yet, I plan to do after this semester is over. Talk to me. Let's hear some stats

i'm number 6 on the alternate list! as of now i'm going to focus on the surgical tech program which I was accepted in to! Good luck to everyone :)

Hello everyone, I too was accepted. I have a few questions that are really bothering me. Maybe you guys can help... 1) When i complete my immunizations do i have to print out the Nursing Assessment Form and have the doc fill it in, or do I upload it to the castlebranch medical manager form or will this be handled automatically by the doctor who performed them. Also what if all of my forms are still pending, and they arent completed by Nov. 13 will they honor it being in the system? Thanks in advance. Also good luck to everyone.

Print out the nursing health assessment form that was emailed to us and have your doctor fill it out, then scan it (I used an iPhone app to do this called iScanner) and upload it to Castlebranch. I had to upload it like 8 times which was annoying because I had to upload that same form for each vaccination, flu shot, and ppd test.

Thank you for your response, I was also wondering would they give my spot away due to my background check and finger printing still processing and castlebranch says it wont be completed by the 13th...
