Taking the NCLEX-RN Friday

I am taking the NCLEX friday January 27th!!! Wish me luck. :) I have been using Saunders 3rd Edition to review and the CD answer 1000s of questions. I feel prepared. Tomorrow I am going for a massage and going out for dinner. I can't believe its already almost here.

I have no idea as to how I did and I did not feel very confident leaving the testing center. So now I am playing the waiting game....a grueling 72 hours.:o

Found out Friday that I passed. Whew.....when I left the testing center, I didn't know if I should cry or jump up and down. I am sure you did well, it's just hard to be sure when you have to wait so long to get your results.:rolleyes:

So what types of things did you do to prepare? I am waiting for my ATT to arrive and the panic is setting in - I am doing practice questions, but feel that I am doing worse instead of better. HELP!
