Taking NCLEX 2nd time on Monday

Published

I feel much much more confident this time. I have done LaCharity's Prioritization, Delegation, and Assignment book. The ncsbn's review course, and ATI practice questions. I am getting around 70% on ATI (they recommend you get at least 60%). I have these priority questions down to a T. I just hope and pray that by the end of the day on Monday I will have R.N. behind my name.

Thank you! I sure will!

Took it today and I am getting the good pop up on PVT!!! I am so very excited! 77 questions, but it still took me 2 hours. I wanted to make sure I took my time!

Thank you all for your support!

congrats!!!

how was your exam?!

:bow:CONGRTS!!!!!and GOODLUCK!!!

I too am getting ready to take it for the 2nd time....any advice you can give me would be appreciated? I have horrible test anxiety and I feel like I beat myself the first time around....well, that and I had 22 med questions and only really knew about 8 to 10 of them. I can't know every medication out there you know??? Thank you and congratulations I hope to be in your position very very soon :)

Congrats michelle! I am using NCSBN now and do you think it prepares you for the NCLEX?

I highly suggest the Prioritization, Delegation, and Assignment book by LaCharity. The ncsbn course also helped me. Just remember to take your time. Make sure you really read the question, and know they are NOT trying to trick you.

You will be fine the 2nd time----believe in yourself!

Yes! I didn't read all the material as much as I did the practice questions.

It really wasn't that bad. I felt much more confident and I know that helped a lot!
