Hi all,
I am planning to take Micro, Stats and Nutrition all at the same time to knock out my nursing pre-reqs for an Accelerated BSN program. Is that doable? I do work full time. The classes are online through Cayuga. Does anyone think this is stupid, crazy or both? Honest feedback, y'all!
Thanks!
I think its doable but you will have to be very organized. I am not working now but I do have kids to take care of. I am currently taking the third quarter of A&P, Biochemstry and Microbiology. That's a big load: 3 tough science classes all with labs. I just stay on top of everything and I literally do nothing other than study. I have 4.0's in all my classes & I just got accepted into my nursing program so its all been worth it. You really can do anything you set your mind to. And again, the key to success is organization. Good luck to you!

I don't think it's too much at all. I took Nutrition, Stats, AP1 and Lifespan all in one semester and it was doable. I found Micro to be much easier than AP1 so that should make it even better for you.
Stats and Nutrition are gravy classes (or were for me, not difficult at all).. A/P 1 wasn't a breeze but wasn't horrible either.. I got A's in all three. Lifespan was a B, but I put the least (or no) effort into that one as it bored the heck out of me.
Micro is fun. I found Stats to be fun too. You'll do fine!
