U.S.A. New York

Has anyone attended this school or know anything about it? I know they have recently become ACEN accredited but there doesn't seem to be much information on here about it since it's a newer program. Any info is much appreciated!!!

I'm currently at Laguardia cc all too familiar with cuny policies haven't considered liu because of the price contemplating Mildred Elley since they have articulation with Helene fuld

Bcc this semester was holding interviews fir the LPN program. You weren't required to take the pre entrance exam and they gave exception to certain classes and grades. (A friend of mine goes there and had an interview and got in)

Something to look into maybe if you are considering LPN.

Jalexis do you know which classes had to be completed to apply to bcc?

All remedial courses and A&P 1 and 2.

Chem and micro I was told was not needed neither was the pre entrance exam

Thank you I wouldn't be able to I have to take a&p

I know of some people who have attended or is attending and all told me is hard but all in all is a good school

I looked up in regards to transfer credits in 586 each credit and to transfer is $50.00 and they only take up to 150.00 which is like 3 credits which is nuts because I have about 30 credits towards nursing major.

From the ones that attended did they graduate take nclex find employment ? Just curious if there any problems doing any of these after the program

I could be wrong, but I think the transfer credit policy is $50 per course not per credit and they will charge you a maximum of $150 but you can still transfer more than three classes. According to their website: "A maximum of 50% of overall course work necessary for graduation from the program student in which the student is enrolled at the Swedish Institute may be accepted for transfer."
