Swedish Hospital HCAP Program for LPN to RN

Does anyone on here know anything about Swedish Hospital's (Seattle) HCAP program for LPN's? I'm interested in what courses I'd need to take, pay, scheduling, etc... Anything.

You have to meet Shoreline Community College's entrance requirements. You click here for the admission requirements for LPN;

http://success.shoreline.edu/jellis/LPNinfo.htm I have no idea about Swedish pay, and I think you have to work the float team at a min of .5 FTE, and all of the positions are for nites. And you sign a contract to work for two years. Here is the link;
