Invest in a good stethoscope if you don't have a good one. It can make a difference in hearing lung sounds, bowel sounds and heart sounds successfully. Think Littman. You could consider asking for this for Christmas from a family member if you like.
Get the best shoes you can afford. Go try on a bunch of different ones and spend significant time walking around in them. I liked Dansko and Alegria.
If your clinical scrubs are white, invest in underwear that keeps things covered. My student scrubs were an unenviable combination of burlap stiff/thick and yet completely see-through.
Get some pens you enjoy using and one of those clipboards that lets you store papers inside it.
You won't need hemostats.
Good luck!

Thank you! I was just looking at ine of those watches and clipboards that open to store items in on Amazon! I will add them to my list.
What is the difference between a watch on your wrist and one you clip on? Which do you all recommend?

I was accepted in to Nursing Clinicals for Jan 2020 (Yay!!) What do I need to purchase between now and then for supplies? So far I have my stethoscope and trauma sheers. Will I need my own hemostats?
