Hey, I applied to SUNY Downstate FNP program for fall of 2020. I’m a little nervous. Has anyone heard back yet?

I applied mid January and had my interview this week.

my nursing GPA was 3.3

I have my online interview tomorrow Monday April 13. It seems like there are 4 other candidates scheduled at the same time. I am super nervous.

Any tips?

prepare for it maybe a day or 2 before and sleep well the night before.

The same question will be directed to all the interviewees,

We got questions such as: why I became a nurse, what I like to do when not working, if I am ready for the program or why do I think I am ready now for the program, she asked us to ask her questions at the end of the interview after she explained how hard or difficult the prog is going to be for the next 2.5yrs once we start. Basically is we understand the role of FNPs, what I have achieved as a nurse.

tele and stepdown but I float to different units too including ICU except ER
