I submitted application in the end of December 2019. No interview. I got rejected today via email.

They said "The next step is an interview, should you be granted one." Does that mean all applicants should have one?

Same here. I sent email to admission and they said everyone will get an interview.

My application already forwarded for the program review on 2/5/2020, but few days ago, it said "A list of outstanding course(s)/document(s) is denoted below. Your application will remain on hold pending receipt of all items listed below. Your application status will be updated once the Evaluator has reviewed your completed application.". However, the fact is that I do not miss any document. And I contacted the admission department, they also said I do not miss anything. but the status still not updated. I am worried about my application status.....

only 2 of the classes require clinical. Clinical is not hard. you can find your own clinical site or can be assigned from school.

Classes are not hard. It is not hard to pass the class, but you may need to put more efforts if you want to get A/ B, for example, be more active to interact with classmates through blackboard. It is true that a lot of papers (final is also paper/ project).
