hello every one...i'm thinking of taking RN-BSN online courses with SUNY DELHI...the thing is i dont know how online courses work? is it entirely online? is there a fixed time for the classes? do u get to meet your professors and other students? do you go to clinicals?does financial aid cover the tuition?? do i have to take GEN-ED courses? I actually was gonna go to LEHMAN College in the Bronx.. but it would take me 2-2.5yrs to complete my BSN compared to Delhi's 1 year... and lastly, would it look bad on my resume if i completed an online degree?

Hello,

I currently attend delhi and it is not a fast program. You most certainly have to take one class at a time unless you are not working and don't have kids, a family, or a life. If you take more than one class, you will be stressed beyond belief. I have heard that delhi has one of the hardest program. There is a lot required in their work load. Please consider another program. I'm not advocating for another school but my friends attend mercy college and kaplan and they are not half as stressed as I am. I wish I knew about their workload before I started. I started in 2010 and I still have another 2 years to go to finish and I'm doing rn to bsn. while my friends are practically done with theirs. Good luck in your choice but I guarantee you will be overwhelmed if you go to delhi. It is definitely much cheaper than the other 2 schools.
