And summer is now upon us!!

No wonder it's been so crazy busy at work lately .... gonna be a long, busy summer

I've been enjoying the pool, while I can .... before it feels completely like hot bath water.

Stay cool in the AC .... and remember to drink LOTS of water!!

I hate when people say "but it's a dry heat". Yeah whatever. So is the oven!

I always say, "it's just like a microwave."

The one tried and true way for me to beat the heat is to work night shift!

Love the heat enjoying the tripple digits have been in my pool since mid May but love comming home from work driving up the freeway at sunset and walk through the house throw of the srubs and jump in the pool:weathersunsmall:, and look up at the stary night.

AZ really is heaven on earth.

Then you have to try and sleep through the heat of the day.

At least on days, I'm in a well air conditioned, almost too well air conditioned building. At night it's cool enough for the windows to be opened and a lovely breeze to cool the room.

Really? We wouldn't get away with that in the heat island of Phoenix.

I have my room decked out with a separate AC and turn that baby down to 70 while I sleep in the day. Makes for nice sleeping!
