Summer 2019 Phillips School of Nursing at Mount Sinai Beth Israel

Hello Everyone,

I wanted to know if anyone has applied, waiting, or has been accepted to Phillips School of Nursing Mount Sinai Beth Israel for the Summer 2019 semester. I saw other nursing pages for 2017 and 2018 but no ongoing active one for the 2019 semester. Just wanted to connect with some more people on this site regarding the program.

I found it posted under the moodle section of the school website which is under "student resources" on the right side. It seems it is no longer there so I've attached the PDF.

For occupational health it is walk-ins only and she said we don't have to worry about that yet. I know we do have to bring our medical and vaccination records but I'm sure they will send more info as it gets closer to the program start.

For those who were accepted, do you mind sharing your stats for comparison? I will be submitting my application tomorrow and I'm super nervous (but excited)!

Undergrad gpa 3.83; prereq gpa. 4.0

Undergrad GPA of 3.30 and in all of the prerequisites I received A's except for A&P II where I got a B, Chemistry with a B- , and Statistics with a C+

Applications opened in September 2018! I believe the deadline for the Fall semester is on April 1.

Not sure. I just checked the NursingCAS and I do not see the Fall 2019 term application available. I suggest emailing the assistant dean about the application for Fall!

Hi everyone! I was just accepted today (I haven't received my acceptance package yet) and just wanted to see who else will be joining me! Is there a Facebook group made?

My stats: Undergrad GPA 3.7, Prereqs AP1: B+, AP2: A, Microbio: A, Chem: A, Statistics: A, Nutrition: B+, Psych: A. My undergrad was in Textiles (art degree) which was making me a bit nervous. I work as a Medical Assistant for the last 2 years in women's health.

How long did it take you to get accepted after you applied?
