So piedmont already sent out their interview dates and everything? I wasn't sure because I never heard back.

Piedmont Atlanta does individual interviews for the most part. I received an email shortly after applying to schedule a phone interview first. From the phone interview is when an in-person interview was scheduled for me and they get back to you almost right away.

is anyone on the boat of who's not confirmed or heard back for residency? what do you guys plan on doing. I have a ADN do yall think thats the problem? I need some tips or insight on what I should do.

i've already accepted the postion at PAH, so i'm not really sure if it's all at one time or spread out over time. i know some people in my cohort are still having interviews so it could just be a matter of time! good luck!

ADN is not a major factor especially if you are already working in a hospital that does require BSN. However I don't know about CHOA. 2 of my ADN classmates signed offers with Emory and they do require BSN but they worked there as PCTs during nursing school. I have 2 offers in ICU from piedmont and AMC and I will have my ADN. Also I do not work in a hospital. Several of my classmates are currently receiving offers from Grady I haven't heard any from ICU or ER yet but definitely MEDSURG offers.

For those accepting positions at Emory, after sending in your signed contract have you heard anything? Was hoping we'd get more information after submitting that

Does anyone know if emory ed nurses can wear t shirts? Or just scrub tops? I know all hospitals are different, but I've heard some can wear t shirts and some can't

@newgrad1818 I have not heard yet! I was hoping we would receive more info from them about scrubs and stuff soon!

You only hear from the drug screen people if you failed right? I don't use any medications but I get paranoid about these things. Its been 2 weeks and no contact even though I've officially accepted the job. I don't want to bother my recruiter anymore and I don't think they contact you until its time to do your job physical.

Unless that Seinfield episode about the poppy seeds on bagels is true, I've no doubt I passed the test. It would just be nice to have some kind of documentation.

Anyone heard from Emory since signing the contract?

has anyone heard back from Grady for the nurse residency program for summer 2019 after their critical care interviews a 2 weeks ago?

Yes, I interviewed for mother baby and got an offer last friday. I am currently waiting on the contract. I think they are running a little behind so just hang tight. What speciality did you interview for?
